With advertising agency operations becoming more intricate due to narrowing budgets and ROI more vital than ever before, it has become increasingly important for ad agencies to employ qualified and skilled operations and traffic personnel. These individuals are not only the drivers behind flawless and efficient allocation of resources, workflow and supplier relationships, but they ensure that the ad agency runs profitabilitywithin the agency's operating policy framework.

The AAA's intensive operations and traffic course comprehensively covers all aspects of ad agency work flow, focusing on the importance of systems and communication in the advertising agency,time management and intelligent planning. During the two-day course, delegates will be empowered with essential knowledge which is crucial to efficiency and productivity within the advertising profession.

The course will be presented by Alise Antrobus, who has fifteen years' experience as a traffic manager for agencies such as Hunt Lascaris and Metropolitan Republic. The course has been specifically tailored to benefit those either already employed as, or aspiring to be account executives, managers and directors, traffic and production departments, DTP, studio and creatives.
