Genetic training - SA's first DNA Fit test

Research within the genetics of sporting performance has been prolific with an increasing number of studies yielding fascinating results over the last decade:

- 90.1% of elite rowers were found to be carriers of the same genetic variation.
- 80.3% of Russian endurance-oriented athletes had a certain genetic variation in common.
- 66% of elite endurance athletes were found to be carriers of eight or more endurance-related genes.
- 56% of male Polish rowers, including Olympic and World Champions, presented a higher frequency of a specific genetic variation.

DNAlysis Biotechnology invites you to the launch of South Africa's first DNA Fit and DNA Fit Cycle tests. Analysing a number of genes that determine athletic prowess, the results offer highly personalised and effective training advice allowing you to adapt to, compensate and exploit your genetic strengths.
