Directors' responsibility discussion forum
Statucor invites you to participate in a knowledge and experience sharing forum.
The session will be a detailed and comprehensive discussion on director duties, liabilities and responsibilities in terms of the new Companies Act.
This opportunity is open to directors, shareholders, company officers and any other stakeholders of large, medium or small companies, who have an interest in good corporate governance.
The interactive discussion will be facilitated by Statucor and attended by BDO's tax, audit and advisory experts.
Over the course of the morning, a summary of the key duties and responsibilities of directors and officers will be presented as required by the Companies Act 2008 and King III. Thereafter, the floor will be open for audience discussion.
