Double take stand-up comedy

Al Prodgers and Warren Robertson have won international awards for their live stand up comedy performances, packed with sharp observations, warped explanations and unique style. Now they are appearing together for the first time in Durban. It's the culmination of their quest to break boundaries, meet new audiences and be somewhere warm for the winter.

As comics, Al and Warren share a delight in humour that escapes the worn paths of racial and gender stereotypes, exploring the more surprising and exciting aspects of being South African. If we live in crazy times, then the only sane response is to be a bit twisted too!

Double Take carries a "No U18" age restriction to allow for the odd unscripted rant or improvised audience interaction as these guys relentlessly follow the funny on waves of outlandish invention.

Double Take runs at two different venues for maximum audience convenience. Al and Warren are at the Seabrooke's Theatre in Musgrave from 24 to 26 August and at the Rhumbelow Theatre in Umbilo from 7 to 9 September. All bookings at Computicket.
