A business systems architect by profession, he specialises in bringing about an Outcomes-based focus in large organisations transforming behaviour to align to the strategic intent. He is the founder and creator of RATS (Role Accountability Tool Set) a powerful behavior modification management system which Madeasy uses to implement the Consumer Protection Act into a business environment. John has a wide range of experience in varied forms of supply chain result-based management and outcome-focused systems design in an equally wide range of industry sectors, equipping him to understand the far reaching business transformation requirements of the Act.
