Globally BCM has been adopted by major corporates and government departments in light of the recession that occurred in 2009/10 and the European economic crisis that is currently going on.
It is crucial for an organisation to intergrate BCM effectively within the workforce as it would avail opportunities for risk reduction, BIA (business impact analysis) which is essential component of an organisations business continuance plan. This includes an exploratory component to reveal any vulnerabilities and a planning component to develop strategies for minimising risk.
The theme of this conference will be to provide insightful knowledge on BCM and the benefits of implementation such as effective contingency plans and procedures as well as BCM outsourcing.
