An eight week course on practical ways to empower yourself as a woman in your daily life.
The Empowered Woman is an eight week course facilitated by JD Brown, a Personal Empowerment Coach and Sexual Wellness Counsellor, brought to you in conjunction with Lola Montez Academy.
The course will take place every Thursday evening from 18:00 to 21:00, from May 24 to July 12, and will be held at the Lola Montez Academy in Parkmore.
The Empowered Woman course is designed to empower women in society from a variety of backgrounds. Dealing with core themes such as self-esteem, personal boundaries, sexuality, relationships, communication and self-awareness, you will journey with a group of like-minded women into the depths of your own femininity to find the goddess within you. You will learn practical skills to empower yourself in your daily life, as well as listen and share with other woman who are on a similar journey.
The cost of the course is R2150.00 and this includes all the notes and the entire course.
