The workshop will be presented in eight sessions of 1.5 hrs each and will consists of presentations, interactive exercises and practical demonstrations. The following are focus areas in the presentations on:
Strategic event management principles.
Tactical event considerations.
Applied event psychology and physiology.
Advanced tools used in event management today (Strategic budget, project plan, the event specification guide, stakeholder analysis, and risk management).

A folder with reference manual and a CD Rom containing more than 60 documents, templates and samples of tools used in event management today.
