Clarity Innovation is a company of Professional Innovation Facilitators and Coaches who are trained to assist teams to creatively and innovatively develop competitive edge solutions to business opportunities and challenges.

We achieve this through a combination of facilitating innovation workshops, individual and team coaching, skills and behavioral development in the area of innovation and company/organization wide innovation programs.
One of our jobs at Clarity Innovation is to enable people to have the "knowledge, skills, abilities and motivations" that make them behave in ways that will engender creativity and innovation, and to persist with those behaviours to ensure success.

We have distilled out what we feel to be 7 essential behaviours to practice to develop an innovation culture within organizations. We present these behaviours in an impactful motivational speaking event which can be delivered as an in-house intervention entitled:

The duration of the presentation can be specifically adapted to our clients needs. The presentation can be a standalone innovation behaviours on-boarding event or a one to two hour kick start to a conference, management meeting, strategic planning session or any meeting where you would like to prepare your team to be thinking and acting creatively and innovatively.

The presentation delivers some skills that can be immediately applied in the meeting and culminates with a chartering exercise that commits the team to applying their new found skills.
