African Youth Day conference

On 1 November 2011, the youth of Africa shall convene a conference in South Africa to celebrate The African Youth Day.

The purpose of AYDAC 2011 shall be to unify and seek ways to empower the youth in the development of Africa. It shall develop a network of international organizations dedicated to promoting youth capacity building and economic development.

The Conference is spearheaded by Organisation of African Youth (OAYouth) in collaboration with International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), Johannesburg Chamber of Commerce and others. OAYouth is an autonomous continental youth organisation that unifies young people across the African continent, registered and headquartered in South Africa, Registration Number: 079-131-NPO
