Communication strategy

Strategy is not an annual event; not something that happens by accident - It is not merely an exercise aimed at developing a document.

Effective communication requires effective strategy that aligns with the company's vision, mission, goals and objectives.

Strategic thinking is a continual process where a lot of creativity is needed. Management must allow communicators to contribute to the achievement of the goals and therefore direct access to management is important.

Strategy needs awareness on leadership level of problems and everyone must understand and agree on strategic processes, terms and outcomes.

The content of this workshop addresses:
• How to develop a communication strategy and a year plan
• A brief look at strategy and strategic communication
• Developing an effective communication strategy
• How do you select the relevant tools
• What tools are available out there
• How do you measure your communication
• A template for developing a communication strategy
