Ethics in the workplace

It is commonly understood that there are ethics in our personal lives and then there are workplace ethics. Often we don't stop to realize that there is no difference between personal ethics and ethics in the workplace; ethics are the same whether at work or in personal life.

Ann works as an independent consultant offering a range of professional services which include: project management consulting and education, competency-based role profiling, specialist job design, performance management and HR policy design as well as team building/coaching/mentoring and leadership development. Ann is an internationally accredited Belbin team role facilitator.

Ann holds international certification as a PMP (Project Management Professional) from the Project Management Institute in U.S.A. She prepares other project managers for the PMP professional examinations. She provides coaching and mentoring in project management. She provides support and consultancy to project management offices with respect to the creation of a project office, the implementation of a broad range of services including project governance, programme management and portfolio management. .

Ann is an associate lecturer in Project Management for the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS). She has lectured at GIBS since 2001 to the various levels of programmes that are offered by GIBS, including many of the GIBS company specific courses which are customised with the aid of a subject matter expert from the particular company.

Ann is a person of principle with a strong desire for fairness and justice. This led to her keen interest in ethics especially in the business arena and she now offers ethics courses to both private and public sector organisations.
