To supply the learners with the necessary knowledge and confidence, regarding the specific stresses and challenges faced by women in the workplace.
Contents:

-Recognising increased emotional intelligence as your tool of choice
-Recognising some gender specific stressors
-Choosing your role in the transformation to gender equality in South Africa
-Stress and time management
-The balance between home and work
-Grooming and business etiquette
-Four generations in the workplace
Outcome:
Learners will receive the necessary knowledge and confidence to respond to specific stressors and challenges faced by women in the workplace.
