Flash photography

The flash dilemma can only be overcome with technical know how - be it above, or below water.

On camera flash gives us the opportunity to balance daylight and artificial light with electronic flash light. We all know that we use flash for eliminating red-eye and shadows, or for fill-in light, but what do we know about our own flash's guide number and the more advanced techniques like rear- and front curtain sync flash? We will experiment with high speed photography using strobe. We will also dip into the underwater photographer's flash dilemma!
