Women in engineering, science and technology

The Women in Engineering, Science and Technology Conference (WESTC) brought to you by Melrose Training pursues to remedy the problem of women marginalization in the fields of engineering, science and technology

Dear Delegate,

It is very evident and disturbing that there is a mounting skills shortage in the fields of engineering science and technology. Dejectedly the gap in numbers as well as growth and development levels between male and female in these professions are very apparent and pose a thoughtful distress.
Various radicals in the last century have campaigned for skills development as well as the retention in the quality of the engineering, science and technology fields so as to remedy the problem of women marginalization in the fields.

The current skills scarcity can be ascribed to the large gap in numbers between male and female engineers, scientists and technologists. This issue is as a result of the absence of adequate strategies related the attraction of women to these fields.

This conference is an extremely enlightening executive setting that will accord you the opportunity to learn about the latest strategies being instigated across the board, as well as alternate solutions to the various complications surrounding this theme.

I look forward to seeing you there!

Regards,

Adrian Chalwe Jr
