Adobe InDesign CS5 level one

You get hands-on practice working with basic through intermediate techniques to get the most out of your experience. You will learn type controls, graphics file management, layers and document setup.
Whether you are a designer, pre-press professional or just a beginner, you will find InDesign to be a powerful but intuitive page layout application.

From brochures to books to advertisements, InDesign enables designers to import text, photographs and vector art,place them onto a page, and link multiple pages together for quick print and electronic distribution.The unparalleled page-layout features, its seamless integration with the Adobe Suite products, including InCopy, Bridge,Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat and Flash, combined with its ease of use, make InDesign the obvious choice when it comes to page layout applications.

A basic overview of the session is:

* Navigating within InDesign
* Creating and Formatting Text
* Working with Layers
* Adding Graphics
* Working with Color
* Working with Master Pages
* Formatting with Styles
* Creating and Editing Tables
* Output and PDF Exporting

Training is provided by the 2B Studio team - a collaboration of trainers who have had years of real world experience in their chosen fields and are industry experts.
These range from working in Advertising agencies, film production, publishing, editorial
and repro houses.
