• Provide the same information in different media to meet different needs
• How to use Hootsuite to post to multiple site simultaneously
• Using an Editorial Calendar to plan your messaging
• Using Google Alerts to see how effectively you are achieving your goals
• Using Google Reader to read and learn from other people's blogs

Timing - The course is from 9 am to 3.30 and a light lunch is provided.
Computer - A computer is not required as the first part of the session is a presentation, but you are welcome to bring your own laptop and internet access and follow along.
Audience - Some experience or familiarity of social media is an advantage.
