We have had so much demand for gluten free cooking and baking that we will start with baking this month and alternate the baking with the cooking classes so that you can build up a repertoire of dishes as well as a thorough understanding of the gluten free ingredients and specific issues involved in working gluten free! This class will be hosted by Catherine and her team and will include a show and tell on muffins, quiches, sweet tarts and breads
