Management skills for executive assistants

This three day management workshop will take you through the steps to becoming an effective leader, develop key management skills, including change management, time management, critical thinking, delegation, problem solving, presentation strategies, communications, strategic planning, and feedback techniques.

As an executive/senior personal assistant or office manager, you are expected to perform at an executive level. You are required to manage the office, manage support staff, and fill your boss's shoes when he/she is away. You are expected to be a problem-solver, communicator, decision-maker and leader in the absence of your manager.

Become a highly effective executive assistant, personal assistant, secretary or office manager. At the end of this workshop, you will be able to act and think like a manager, because at the end of the day, that's what you are!

Please note that due to the executive level of the course content, this course is only suitable for senior personal assistants with at least five years of experience at senior level.
