It is important to understand that there is no such thing as time management - you cannot change the hours that tick through your day.
You can learn how to manage YOURSELF! It's all about SELF MANAGEMENT. The absence of Personal Time Management is characterized by last minute rushes to meet dead-lines, meetings which are either double booked or achieve nothing, days which seem somehow to slip unproductively by, crises which loom unexpected from nowhere. This sort of environment leads to excessive stress and loss of performance. The programme provides the learner with practical tools, case studies and examples of how to manage your time effectively.
