Charity Christmas market at Cape Quarter
Well Read Books and Chic Mamas Do Care will be hosting a fund-raising Christmas market. The Charity Christmas market will showcase 'green' fashion in the form of designer cast-offs alongside quality second-hand books, CDs and DVDs.
Chic Mamas Do Care runs successful second hand designer clothing sales. Good quality, barely worn fashion from boutique to designer labels, accessories, shoes and jewelry will be available along with men's and children's garments. Christmas goodies, wine tasting and cupcakes are on offer for shopping enthusiasts.
Well Read Books' monthly sales at shopping centres in and around Cape Town have drawn a loyal following for its discerning mix of cult, classic and collectible books, movies and music.
Red Hot Events will provide décor for the Events Centre including a kiddies reading corner.
Proceeds from the Christmas sale will support AIDS NGO Wola Nani and Vrygrond Community's Little 2 Much Project.
