Commonwealth Photographic Awards 2002/3 - Last call for entriesOpen to all commonwealth residents, the theme for this year's competition is "Celebration". The deadline for entries is 1 July 2003, however late entries will be accepted if the organisers are notified. Final call from the Commonwealth Press Union (CPU) and the Commonwealth Broadcasting Association (CBA) for: The 2002/2003 Commonwealth Photographic AwardsTheme: "Celebration"Deadline for entries: 1 July 2003 but late entries will be accepted so long as the CBA is notified (see contact details below) Anyone may enter this competition. It is open to all commonwealth residents. Colour or black & white photographs may be entered on the theme of 'Celebration'. Entrants are invited to interpret the theme as freely as they like. Photos will be judged on both technical quality and interpretation of the theme. Most of the winning photographs will be featured in a television programme based on the Awards and made available for broadcast in over 40 countries around the Commonwealth. There will also be several exhibitions around the world incorporating the winning photographs.
