Course Overview

Software applications that provide high-quality, innovative solutions to business problems are based on a strong partnership between users, management and IT. This synergy can only be achieved through the use of a common language to define both problems and solutions. Skilled and experienced business analysts and systems analysts play a vital role in developing accurate specifications for technology-based business solutions

This course focuses on business analysis methodology, tools and techniques. It develops awareness and understanding, but not mastery of all the topics. It is recommended that delegates who require mastery of the various topics elect to attend the more comprehensive Diploma in Business Analysis.
