Human Season opens with BBC Knowledge

Nothing sums up our idiosyncrasies better than BBC Knowledge's epic new Human Season, which happens on Tuesday and Wednesday nights on DSTV at 9pm on channel 251.

To mark the launch, the channel erected - delayed Valentine's pun intended - a 22m long sculpture in Sandton Square this weekend, emblazoned with ice copy "In the Sahara your body loses 1L of water an hour." As the day went on the ice obviously melted.
