Constantia Glen unveils 2019 winter menuConstantia Glen's tasting room - situated in Constantia Nek, Cape Town - has unveiled its winter menu for 2019. The menu features much-needed comfort in the form of dishes like traditional Austrian beef goulash served with spätzle and soups like French onion soup with croûte au fromage as well as a vegan potato and leek soup – which both served with freshly-baked bread. ![]() ![]() The winter-warming offers may be paired with Constantia Glen’s wines. Patrons may also add a platter of artisanal cheese and charcuterie. Constantia Glen’s winter menu also features slow-cooked pulled lamb served with potato gratin, wild mushrooms and green beans. Another new addition is the grilled chicken paillard served with watercress, rosa tomatoes and parmesan. ![]() ![]() The tasting room is open at 11am to 6pm from Sunday to Thursday and 11am to 8pm from Friday to Saturday.
