2010 FIFA Preliminary Draw media accreditation processThe accreditation process for media representatives wishing to attend the Preliminary Draw for the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa at the Durban International Convention Centre (ICC) on 25 November 2007 was launched yesterday, Tuesday, 11 September 2007. The accreditation process will be conducted exclusively online on the official website, www.FIFA.com. The online registration form will be available in the FIFA World Cup -> Organisation -> Media Services section of the site and must be submitted between 11 September and 8 October 2007 (https://www.fifaworldcupaccreditation.com/Acrregistration/MediaLanding.aspx). Confirmation of accreditation will be issued by email from 22 October onwards. Successful applicants should print out this confirmation and produce it together with the proof of identity (passport or national identity card) specified in their application when collecting their accreditation. Furthermore, please be advised that international applicants are responsible for their own visas. The media centre at the ICC in Durban will open on 21 November at 9am.
