Talent spotter makes a new connection

Having placed some of the country's best creative people during the 17 years she was head of human resources and talent management at Ogilvy, Alex Leontsinis has developed and honed a talent for spotting talent.

Armed with this, her experience and her enthusiasm, Alex has now joined The Connection where her expertise will be used in the industry more widely.

As a consultant with the recruitment agency, Alex will focus on creative and broadcast placements. “I have an absolute passion for advertising and I've worked for some of the best agencies, so I know a lot about the industry – particularly the creative side.”

Alex began her career in advertising as a copywriter, moved into traffic and then found her niche as a recruitment specialist. Alex has worked for some of the countries' top agencies prior to joining Ogilvy
