Edgewell Personal Care to acquire Cremo

According to a report by Cision, Edgewell Personal Care has announced that it has entered into a conclusive purchase agreement to acquire U.S men's grooming company Cremo for $235m in an all-cash transaction.

The transaction is expected to close by the end of the fiscal 2021 first quarter. Read more on this here.
