Mark Tutssel heads up LIA's Non-Traditional JuryThe London International Awards (LIA) has announced the names of the Non-Traditional Jury for 2016, headed up as president by Mark Tutssel, Global chief creative officer of Leo Burnett Worldwide and Creative Chairman of Publicis Communications.
