New truck stop in Pinetown
In an effort to reduce road accidents involving heavy motor vehicles, MEC for transport, community safety and liaison, Willies Mchunu, joined commuter bus transport company the Metro Group to officially open a truck stop in Pinetown.

The facility is in line with government's programme of building new truck stops to improve truck transport efficiencies, while simultaneously promoting road safety and providing a convenient resting place for truckers.
