Super Group raises R900m through rights issue

Transport and logistics group Super Group said on Monday it had successfully raised R900 million through renounceable rights offer.

In terms of the rights offer, the company issued 35.01 million shares at a price of R25.70 apiece.

Super Group said the rights offer was significantly oversubscribed.
