Ultra South Africa to expand to three daysUltra South Africa is set to expand to three days for 2016. The festival will run for two consecutive days at Johannesburg's Expo Centre, NASREC on Friday, 26 and Saturday, 27 February before going to Cape Town on Sunday, 28 February. To celebrate, Ultra South Africa is now revealing its 2015 after-movie. Directed, produced and shot in 4K by Final Kid mastermind Charly Friedrichs, the after-movie showcases the magnificent sights of South Africa alongside the fist-pumping sounds of the world's biggest DJs. Kicking off with Martin Garrix reminiscing about his first main stage festival performance back in 2014, the after-movie follows the Dutch luminary a year on from his landmark moment, combining it with some of the incredible footage that was shot at Ostrich Farm, Cape Town and The Expo Centre, NASREC, Johannesburg over the two days earlier this year. To celebrate the release, Garrix himself also decided to premiere two exclusive ID tracks from his forthcoming catalogue that you can only hear in the Ultra South Africa after-movie. New venueThe three-day expansion isn't the only change next year, however, with the Cape Town leg of the festival moving to The River Club, a strikingly beautiful inner-city venue that will host some 20,000-plus revellers.
