Foschini Christmas sales grow by 12.5%
The Foschini Group (TFG) said Christmas trading was above expectations with group sales growth of 12.5% for December 2014‚ the clothing retailer said in a sales update on Thursday, 15 January 2014.
Group sales for the nine months to 27 December 2014 increased by 10.5%‚ it said.
"Sales post Christmas for the period 28 December 2014 to 14 January 2015 have been strong across all merchandise categories with group sales increasing by 16.2%‚ the company said.
