The lifestyle-driven magazine has its core focus on delivery of relevant news and information that will fulfil the following objectives:

The target market consists of proud township residents who own, rent or aspire to both, career seekers wanting more information, and business owners seeking to expand service offerings.
Soweto Homes & Property launched in September 2006 at the Absa Soweto Festival with a print run of 30 000 copies. The minimum number of pages per issue is 32.
