#OneVoice march in Durban

Schools, civic organisations, concerned citizens, and more than 80 Mrs Universe contestants participated in the global #OneVoice march against gender-based violence, child abuse and human trafficking in the streets of Durban on 30 August 2017.

The marchers, who were dressed in black and gold, began their journey at King Dinizulu Park and ended it at the Durban City Hall where a memorandum was handed over to Councillor Nompumelelo Sithole.

Sithole commended the organisers of the #OneVoice march for their role in bringing together more than 80 countries for a women empowerment initiative.
