Tshwane Reggae Sound Splash is the first international Reggae festival taking place in the City of Tshwane, "The African city of excellence, steeped in reach cultural heritage intertwined with South African history". As the administrative capital city of South Africa, the city is blessed to have all the various African cultures together with the diplomatic copse representing other cultures worldwide. It is this uniqueness about our city which cannot be found anywhere else in South Africa.
