Anointed M launches Stageline mobile stages in South Africa

Regardless of rainy weather, a spectacular production of sound and lighting was presented with the South African launch of the Canadian manufactured Stageline mobile stages, which took place at the Greenstone Shopping Centre on Tuesday 22 January 2008.

The very popular and talented Soweto String Quartet was the first South African artist to perform on the Professional mobile stage at hosted by Anointed M Entertainment Enterprises (Pty) Ltd. Adding to the African vibe created by baobab trees creatively made from wire and beads, a 2m tall Madiba statue, marimba sounds and traditional dances, the Namibian-born singing sensation, Tiro welcomed the Canadian trainer and VIP guest, Yves Lavoie with a medley of African songs.

The delectable cocktail menu further enticed the guests invited from the technical production, entertainment, media and corporate industries.

Introducing innovation, Anointed M, a voting member of the Technical Production Services Association (TPSA) has secured exclusive rights for Southern Africa to own, manage and operate the Stageline® mobile stage range. Two stages arrived from Canada in December 2007 and the Anointed M-team has been in training since 7 January this year to be certified by the Canadian trainer as the only five technicians in Southern Africa to operate these stages.

Keeping guests dry from the rain, the event, attended by 120 guests was hosted on both levels of the Professional mobile.
