Durban Beer, Wine and Whiskey Festival 2016

The first annual Durban Beer, Wine and Whisk(e)y Festival aims to serve as a platform for all relevant stakeholders in the liquor industry to showcase their products and services and most importantly to educate people of Durban and South Africa at large, about dangers of alcohol abuse and introduce practical solutions to mitigate the after-effects of abusing alcohol.

This is where we would like to see all key stakeholders feature prominently in educating the people of South Africa and other affected industries, about the dangers and consequences of alcohol abuse especially on our roads and beaches, and the importance of enjoying South Africa responsibly, whether on vacation or as a permanent resident of our beautiful country.

The focus will be to educate consumers about the different alcoholic brands i.e. beers, wines, spirits etc. through a number of tasting sessions/corners, with the aim that the consumers will get to appreciate the various brands even more once they are familiar with the history behind each brand.

The Durban Beer, Wine and Whisk(e)y Festival also aims to be the biggest platform ever produced for the South African liquor industry, essentially it will be a gathering of the biggest, award-winning and best-selling alcoholic brands brewed locally and abroad.

Therefore, we would like to invite your company/department to consider exhibiting, sponsoring or partnering with us on this exciting initiative which will benefit the people of South Africa immensely

The event will also feature live entertainment by a number of renowned South African artists over the two days and will certainly leave you shouting for more. The line-up of artists will be made public around July/August just before ticket sales open.
