It is within the sanctuary of JOCOD and the JOCOD programmes that people with disabilities are given the respect of self-worth and dignity, and the opportunity to improve their quality of life. JOCOD promotes the philosophy of “Our Ability is Our Strength” and “Free the Potential Within”.
The workshops are managed by people with disabilities that have a proven obligation to service delivery and quality assurance. These vibrant workshops are involved in, assembly; packaging; labeling; welding; detergent manufacture and art & crafts.
JOCOD is TollReach's collation partner and this relationship goes as far back as 1998. Here at JOCOD, the promotional items are packed into the TollReach Goodie Bags prior to each key promotional period. The Goodie Bags are then transported to the various Toll Plazas were TollReach Jockeys hand-out the Goodie Bags to motorists, engaging them in that “TollReach Moment” and thereby harnessing the power of boredom.
