At dotsure.co.za, we're looking for a Warranty Assessor who can investigate vehicle failures, evaluate claims fairly, and make sound decisions backed by technical knowledge and policy understanding.

What you'll be doing

• Assess vehicle warranty claims using repair reports, photographs, quotations, and supporting documentation.
• Investigate mechanical and electrical failures to determine cause and extent of damage.
• Apply policy terms and limits accurately and consistently.
• Communicate decisions clearly and professionally.
• Produce detailed, accurate assessments and reports.
• Work closely with repairers, service providers, and internal teams to ensure efficient claim outcomes.

What we're looking for

• Matric (grade 12).
• Strong understanding of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems.
• Previous experience in vehicle assessments, diagnostics, workshop environments, warranty claims, or related fields will be advantageous.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with Audatex will be beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and sound decision-making ability.
