Flagship Store Manager (Sandton City)

Job description

Salary: R20,000 – R25,000 basic (based on experience) + commission

We are looking for a Flagship Store Manager to lead one of our most high-performing locations. The ideal candidate is highly organised, confident in managing a large team, and thrives in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. This is a hands-on leadership role where policy, standards, and results matter.

Key responsibilities:

· Oversee the daily operations of the flagship store

· Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures

· Drive team performance, motivation, and sales targets

· Maintain a high standard of store presentation and customer service

· Lead with discipline, accountability, and strong attention to detail

What we’re looking for:

We are looking for a serious, committed professional who is ready to lead with excellence. This is not an entry-level or training role.

· Applicants must meet the core requirements listed above to be considered. Please apply only if you have relevant experience managing a large or flagship store.

· Confident in enforcing policies, driving performance, and taking initiative without the need for micromanagement.

Requirements:

· 5-10 years of Retail Management Experience.

· Extremely organised with excellent memory recall.

· Strong knowledge of systems and processes, as well as a high level of computer proficiency.

· Excellent knowledge of luxury customer service.

· Able to identify and action issues proactively, without the need for micromanagement.

· Strong leadership with the ability to enforce company policies and procedures.

· Deadline-driven, reliable, and solutions-focused.

· Able to multitask effectively and remain calm under high-pressure conditions.

· Confident managing performance, delegating tasks, and leading by example.
