  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership sales executives and F and I managers
  • Source and manage quality insurance leads from dealership partners
  • Follow up on leads and engage clients timeously to maximise conversions
  • Provide competitive quotations from multiple insurers
  • Convert leads into policies through effective sales techniques and relationship management
  • Conduct client needs analysis and provide compliant insurance advice
  • Ensure accurate administration and policy documentation
  • Keep dealerships updated on quote outcomes, conversions, payment status, and policy activation
  • Maintain compliance with FAIS, TCF principles, and internal company standards
Education
  • Matric (grade 12) – Essential
  • Relevant insurance qualification – Advantageous
  • RE5 certification – Preferred or to be completed within the regulatory timeframe
Experience
  • 2–5 years’ experience in insurance sales or a brokerage environment
  • Experience with motor insurance products
  • Exposure to automotive dealerships or dealer environments will be advantageous
