Who are we looking for
We are seeking a Digital Media Sales Executive with 4–6 years of experience in digital, retail, or programmatic media sales, ideally agency-facing. You have a proven track record in selling digital advertising solutions (display, video, mobile, social) and a strong network within media agencies. You understand performance metrics, data targeting, and can consistently achieve sales targets. A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and excellent relationship-building skills are essential.

What will you do
  • Represent our retail media offering to media agencies and clients, positioning us as a trusted partner.
  • Build and grow relationships with media agencies and digital planners, identifying new campaign opportunities.
  • Lead sales presentations, media education sessions, and networking events to increase adoption of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop data-driven proposals and ensure accurate, timely campaign delivery.
  • Provide insights and performance reporting to agencies, driving campaign renewals and growth.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, managing pipelines and forecasts effectively.
  • Stay informed on retail media, programmatic advertising, and shopper marketing trends, contributing ideas for new products and solutions.
What do you need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4–6 years’ experience in digital media, retail media, or programmatic sales.
  • Proven success in agency-facing digital advertising sales.
  • Strong understanding of digital media ecosystems, performance metrics, and campaign data analysis.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build strategic relationships and work collaboratively across teams.
