He also sources, selects, edits and generates material for a number of portals and across all portals, Rod investigates sources for material, both durable and topical, and arranges for such feeds and makes the necessary agreements.He manages the content team and also serves on a number of bodies tasked with the smooth running and administration of the company.

PROFILE: Chris Moerdyk is Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bizcommunity, and also a columnist and advisor to BizCommunity.com writing a weekly commentary on topical marketing and media issues. He was founder and inaugural editor of The Media & Marketing section of Independent Newspapers and when he isn't doing what he loves most - writing for BizCommunity.com - he is an advisior and marketing analyst to a portfolio of blue chip South African and global companies.

PROFILE: As Human Resources Consultant, Dori's role is to assess existing systems and procedures in the company, fine-tune them where appropriate and introduce other measures, procedures and systems, as required, to ensure Bizcommunity meets it's requirements in respect of the BCEA ( to the layman that is Basic Conditions of Employment Act). In ensuring the company meets these requirements, Dori also ensures she finds a happy medium between the company and its employees so that while issues relating to record-keeping, discipline, gripes, and so on meet company law requirements, the company does not lose the special work ethic that Bizcommunity already has.

PROFILE: Andre is one of the founders of Bizcommunity. He is general overseer of the site and IT Director. He is the Chief Information Officer and Technical Director.
