4th Annual SAPPMA Golf Day

According to the Association's Chairman, Jan Venter, this will be the fourth year that plastic pipe manufacturers from around the country get together for a day of fun and relaxation. "Each year we see our golf day growing in numbers, popularity and enthusiastic support. We are hoping to see even more than the 72 players who took to the field in last year's event", Venter says.

One of the highlights of the day will be having long drive PRO David Melman on the course this year, courtesy of MBT South Africa. "David's drives average 340 m and he will play one shot for each team with a driver of their choice", Venter explains.

The day will once again end off with a gala dinner during which various prizes will be awarded. "We are working on exciting prizes compliments of our sponsors and still have limited four balls available at R3 000.00. Sponsors who would like to come onboard by donating more prizes are also welcome. However, given the popularity of this golf day, we would encourage companies to enter their teams as soon as possible in order to avoid disappointment", Venter says.
