Clover tries to build Longest Line of Sandwiches

Clover attempted to break the Guinness World Records title of the Longest Line of Sandwiches at the Maponya Mall in Soweto on 7 October 2017. The previous record measured in at 3,865 metres and was achieved by Nocilla in Spain in 2013.

The sandwiches featured Clover's newest brand of mayonnaise Cream O'Naise, along with lettuce, tomato, and cheese; a large portion was made available to the Baragwanath Hospital, CHOC (Childhood Cancer Foundation SA), and The Gift of the Givers. Celebrity chefs and lifestyle bloggers Jeannie D, Lorna Maseko, Ewan Strydom, and Chef Nti were also in attendance.
