Tabasco makes everything better with first Flavour Lab

Tabasco recently hosted its first Flavour Lab in Cape Town, proving that it can 'make everything better'. The event included an array of flavour stations and mixology bars, as well dishes prepared by Tabasco international chef Gary Evans and local chefs Clayton Bell and Vittorio Bianchi of Villa 47 in Bree Street.

The Tabasco Flavour Lab aims to educate and entertain people about the range of flavours Tabasco has to offer by providing individual flavour profile explanations of the various pepper sauces, demonstrating their versatility.
