Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing them with exceptional service
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
• Assist in the development of sales strategies and contribute innovative ideas to increase revenue
• Research and identify potential sales opportunities
• Prepare sales reports and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new product launches

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Previous sales experience is a plus
