The workshop consists of four modules, synthesized from the latest research and thinking on human behaviour and recognition.
Module 1: The Power of recognition
Define recognition and key concepts relating to recognition including employee motivation.
Module 2: Motivation
Through a pre-assessment online survey, identify leadership strengths and areas for improvement, focusing on recognition best practices.
Module 3: The 9 Requirements of Recognition
Identify, understand and apply the 9 Requirements of Recognition.
Module 4: Personal action plan and commitment
Apply the 9 Requirements of Recognition in real-life situations. Develop and commit to an action plan to help integrate recognition skills into daily practice.

Effective recognition is a leadership skill that enables one to foster a motivating, rewarding work environment in which people perform at their best.
