Brian Temba is a South African-born singer, songwriter, actor, producer and composer who performs both locally and internationally. He began his career as a backing singer for various artists including Hugh Masekela, Jonathan Butler and Vicky Vilakazi. Brian has been part of some trailblazing groups like Joyous Celebration, Family Factory and IV U (For You). He has worked in the musical play "Lion and the Lamb" directed by John Kani and his expertise have led him to be involved in various soundtracks locally and internationally for movies such as Pride (starring Terrence Howard and Bernie Mac), Tears of the Sun (starring Bruce Willis) and an Ireland production called Highway Freedom.

Brian's acting abilities landed him a role in the short film by the Don't Trigger Campaign called 'Hip Hop Opera' where he played the lead role of 'Omar'. He has also had a chance to appear on one of America's famous talk shows 'The Jay Leno show' and has shared the stage with the likes of Tyrese Gibson at the Naacp Function held in New Orleans, as opening acts for Neyo, Kenny Lattimore and Anthony Hamilton's and the opportunity to perform at the Fifa World Cup in SA and The Standard Bank Joy of Jazz with Chris Botti, Lalah Hathaway and Rahseen Patterson. His debut album 'Something better' produced the hit single 'Dominoes' and he's back in studio for a second album and new songs 'T.IM.T - This Is My Time' and 'Zanele' are already making waves.
